Michael Ellis supports leaders and teams to experience soul-fulfilling experiences at work, and in life. A born educator, his early career saw him contribute to positive youth development through teaching and wellbeing roles with the Department of Education and St Peter’s Lutheran College, and as an expedition leader with Antipodeans Abroad, where he led 10 trips across 12 years to developing countries with groups of young Australians, to participate in community development projects and develop their own leadership capabilities.
Michael’s contribution to creating more conscious cultures has benefited companies including Vinomofo, Koala, Pragmatic Thinking and Good Empire and most recently, Riparide. A writer, speaker, and event co-ordinator, Michael, affectionately known as ‘Mikey’, can be found sharing his passion for food, travel, people and culture, and all the good things in life for companies including the Lonely Planet, Culture Amp, and The Serenity Collective, as well as for his personal initiatives including The Conscious Culture Collective, and as host of his podcast ‘A Satisfied Mind’.
