Lisa is the vibrant Founder and CEO of The Messenger Group, as well as the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Collective Hub. She launched Collective Hub as a print magazine in 2013 with no experience, in an industry that people said is either dead or dying. Despite that, her magazines have seen 54 issues distributed in 37 countries, and featured the likes of Ryan Gosling, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jamie Oliver, Martha Stewart and George Clooney on the covers. Collective Hub has since grown into an international multimedia business and lifestyle platform with multiple verticals across print, digital, events and more recently, co-working spaces – all of which serve to ignite human potential.
An award winning author and speaker, Lisa has authored 36 books in the realms of positive psychology and business, and traversed the globe, being invited to speak as an authoritative voice on disruption, innovation and start up life by IBM, L’Oreal, Telstra, Facebook, C3 Church, Commonwealth Bank, CPA Australia, Purina, Harcourts, McDonalds, and Estee Lauder. She’s opened the Adelaide Fashion Festival and closed Mercedes Benz Sydney Fashion Week and shared a stage with Sir Richard Branson five times !
She’s also lived a big and colourful life, identifies as a seeker and has traversed the globe exploring different spiritual modalities – from crawling through sweat lodges butt naked in Costa Rica to spending weeks at a time in the Osho Mediation Resort in India meditating in purple robes for up to 17 hours a day. She gave up drinking 17.5 years ago and has a multitude of insights and lessons to share from her personal journey and insights.
Her passion is to challenge individuals and corporations to change the way they think, take them out of their comfort zone and prove that there is more than one way to do anything. She encourages entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and innovation and lives life to the absolute max. With fans including Sir Richard Branson, New York Times Best-selling author Bradley Trevor Grieve, and a social media following of over 100,000, Lisa’s vision is to build a community of like-minded people who want to change the world.
She has just released her latest book Start Up To Scale Up which steps you through everything you need to know to set you up for success.

‘Success comes from learning to let go, and listening to those cues. I’ve learned to hold tightly and clearly my purpose, but be detached from the outcome.’
